Is your child a budding artist? Hallmark launches Sketch Santa contest

Sketch Santa

Daybreak, ASDA and Hallmark are calling on the nation’s 6-16 year olds to create a special Christmas artwork that will feature in a charity greetings card pack alongside the work of celebrities including Tulisa, The Saturdays, Matthew Wolfenden and Daybreak presenters Lorraine Kelly and Aled Jones.

Sold as the official product for ITV’s ‘Text Santa’ appeal 2012, the pack will be available nationwide from Hallmark and ASDA stores, with a portion of the proceeds going to six chosen charities: Age UK, Anthony Nolan, Carers UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Together for Short Lives and Whizz-Kidz.

Entries must be made before 6pm on Tuesday the 9th October and each entry must include:

  • a Santa-inspired artwork on the face of the card
  • a seasonal verse to go inside and an entry form

Entries should capture “what Christmas means to me” and the lucky winner will be announced on ITV1’s Daybreak in November.
